The National Sauce Culture Museum of China is a cultural museum of nationality significance established by Shaoxing Zhiwei Food Co.,LTD. ,which located in the riverside of Ruoye Brook in historic Shaoxing County in Zhejiang province of China.
The area of construction is more than 3000 square meters.

Prof. Zhao, director of Research Institute of Chinese Dietary Culture and topping scholar in dietary culture research, elaborately designs and masterminds the museum. It is planned to open outward formally in December of 2005.The principle of our Museum is to systematically, overall, accurately, deep and vividly reflect the Chinese sauce culture history and actualities, and it also gives an outlook of the sauce culturedevelopment in China and world.
